Detailed, powerful smooth sound from a compact slick looking piece of kit. Far more powerful than the modest specification of 60 watts suggests. First off the Bass is shockingly tight and strong as opposed to being lean as suggested by whathifi review. Midband is clear and detailed a sweet, smooth trebel that does not harden as the volume goes up.
You can hear music a lot louder without realizing, as the sound simply does not hard up.
Pace, rhythm and timing are never compromised matter how busy the mix gets. It just plays music period!
Some may criticise the lack of a pre amp out or only 4 inputs and no power supply upgrade potential . Having lived with it for a few months, I can easily testify that all that simply does not matter. At the end of the day it lets you enjoy the music without worrying about listening to details in a recording.
