The New Truline MK2 Power Cable is a copper braid shielded power cable with Dual alternate PVC sheaths housing 3 cores of inherently pure copper conductors in a twisted configuration to provide protection from stray radio frequency and EMI.
The German olflex cable which forms the heart of this power cord has proved to be the most incredible and transparent budget cable we have come across after the barracuda and provides clean efficient delivery of power keeping up with any power amplifier demands.
The cable is available with either a 15amp hospital-grade eutectic brass UK power plug (which can be used in with international sockets) or alternatively with a high-quality 6Amp brass nickel-plated Indian 3 pin socket.
The cable is quick and dynamic providing excellent detail and tonal truthfulness.
We have after many trials found this cable to be very clean and providing a wholesome dark background with minimal to low noise. Highly recommended for Mid Fi equipment and a serious upgrade to your stock power cord.

We are using these cables throughout (Mains Socket => Double Conversion UPS (5m), UPS => Sound Foundations Barracuda Universal Power Distribution Centre, Distribution Centre => DAC and Amp). We bought ones with Indian 3 Pin termination. Excellent cables for the price. Quality of the Hubbell IEC connectors are impeccable at the price.
We were able to verify the quality of the conductors, shield and insulation while upgrading one of the power plugs. If the speakers are set-up properly in the room and the components are perfectly matched, then we won’t be needing any better power cables for mid- to low-power systems, in our opinion. We are emphasizing on the mid- to low-power aspect as the conductors have only 2.5 sq. mm cross sectional area.
