I just want to share my experience dealing with HiFiMart . One of my office colleague had recommended to try out HiFiMart when i mentioned that i was planning to purchase a good AV receiver . Most of my online purchases are done with Amazon , but for a change I decided to go with HiFIMart . I placed an order for Marantz NR 1508 . After placing the order I had a doubt on the operating voltage, So I called the helpline number on the day of HOLI and Mr.Anil had answered clarifying the operating voltage . I continued my conversation and he then mentioned that as a courtesy he will upgrade the product with more features without any additional cost . That’s when he also disclosed that he is the owner of the company . I was so overwhelmed by his getture and I was totally amazed with the level of customer connect he has that has helped him to own and run a company in a competitive environment . The upgraded product had arrived in time which is Marantz NR 1509 with more features built in . I am so very happy and i sincerely express my gratitude to Anil for his kind gesture to a first time customer who has never bought any product in the past from his company . I wish him great success and I will continue to do business with his company .
