Buyers are requested to do thorough research into the specifications, features and compatibility of the product they intend to purchase as all sales are final. Goods once shipped and/or delivered will not be taken back or exchanged unless the buyer receives a damaged or defective product on delivery.
In case the BUYER receives a defective Item or in case the item was damaged in shipping or missing or alternatively if an incorrect item was shipped, the buyer needs to notify HiFiMART of the same within 12 hours and a replacement of the identical product will be shipped after pickup and confirmation of the same. If we are unable to supply a replacement unit within 30-45 days, we will issue store credit.
If the product has been ordered but it has not been processed, then you can cancel the order and avail 100% store credit towards purchase of any other item available on HiFiMART.com. Please note that we will not be able to refund the amount once the order is placed.
