Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at HiFiMART® Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders which require human intervention for assembly before shipping will be processed within 5-7 business days. However, due to the dynamic nature of the online business, it may not be possible to ascertain exact stock levels due to which there may be cases where the item you have ordered may not be available with us. If you want to be 100% sure, please do check the stock availability and/or delivery timelines for each product while ordering. HiFiMART.com shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods in the event of a flood, fire, wars, lockdowns, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of HiFiMART.com. Most orders are shipped through surface transport and depending on your location, it can take anywhere between three to fifteen business days for your order to reach you.

If your place of delivery falls outside the delivery jurisdiction of the delivery service provider (courier) or is in a restricted zone not normally covered by the delivery service provider (courier), there will be an extra charge levied by the delivery service provider (courier) which will be collected from the buyer before shipment of the order.

If your area is not covered under the serviceable area of FedEx, Blue Dart, Aramex, First Flight, DTDC, then you are required to provide us with your alternate address for delivery. If unsure regarding your area, feel free to call us on our customer service number.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer FREE Shipping to most major Indian towns & cities. In certain cases where your address lies outside a deliverable area of the logistics partner, we will contact you by email or telephone to make alternative arrangements.

Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location Most shipping companies deliver orders in 3-7 business days. However, in certain cases and depending on your location delivery delays can occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You’ll get an email confirming your shipment once your order has been sent out. This email will include the courier tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.

Damages

All goods have transit insurance with the courier company. However, the liability of the courier company ceases the moment the goods are delivered to you. Warranty against physical damage only up to date of delivery. The courier company or HiFiMART.com will not be responsible otherwise. So we request all buyers to thoroughly inspect the delivered package for any physical damages before signing for it. If you find any damage to the goods, kindly show it to the delivery person and write on the Transport docket that you have received the goods in damaged condition and only then sign on the docket. This MUST be for Insurance claim purposes. You may then inform the same to HiFiMART.com and if possible, email some pictures showing the damage. The courier company or HiFiMART.com will not be responsible otherwise.

In the event of non-delivery or incorrect delivery of your order, HiFiMART’s liability shall be limited only to the refund of the exact amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the product. Refunds will be given through the same banking channels as paid by the customer/buyer.

HiFiMART’s liability to any claims will only be up to and limited to the cost of the product units in question. No compensation will be made to the buyer for any delays in shipping orders and/or incorrect goods received or non-delivery of orders. If in any event, the buyer receives goods that do not comply with the specifications as per the original order, a replacement will be shipped to the buyer within 5-10 business days. If the particular product is not available or out of stock a full refund will be made to the buyer.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside India.
