Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Final Sales: All sales on HiFiMART.com are final. We strongly encourage buyers to carefully review the product specifications, features, and compatibility before making a purchase.
- Returns: Once goods have been shipped and/or delivered, returns or exchanges are not permitted unless the product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective product, a product damaged during shipping, a missing item, or an incorrect item, you must notify HiFiMART within 12 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the identical product. Store credit will be issued if a replacement is unavailable within 30-45 days.
- Order Cancellation: If your order has been placed but not yet processed (or in processing), you may cancel the order within the first 30 minutes of placing it and receive 100% store credit, which can be applied toward any other item available on HiFiMART.com. Please note that refunds are not available once an order has been placed.
- Warranty: HiFiMART is an authorized dealer for all brands listed on our website. All products come with an official manufacturer’s warranty valid in India. Please note that international warranties and return policies do not apply within India.
