The JC1+ is the result of five years of intensive design and testing, achieving advancements in every respect over the iconic JC1. With power ratings of 450 watts RMS into 8 ohms, 850 watts RMS into 4 ohms, and 1,300 watts RMS into 2 ohms, alongside a peak current capability of 180 amperes, the JC1+ brings your speakers to life. The first 25 watts are delivered in pure Class A, ensuring an exceptional listening experience.

Building upon the success of the original JC1, the JC1+ is 30% heavier, with a 2.4kVA main power transformer that’s 26% larger. This increased capacity, alongside a 50% greater main power supply filter, provides effortless handling of demanding music. The JC1+ boasts 33% more Sanken high-voltage/high-current output transistors, producing a commanding, dynamic sound that immerses you in the music.

Exclusive Technology for Superior Sound
The JC1+ incorporates Bybee Music Rails™ to eliminate power supply noise, resulting in sound that is remarkably authentic to the source. Its independent ± 112V input stage power supply keeps the input stage voltage stable, regardless of output demands, avoiding distortion common in most amplifiers. Additionally, a custom R-core transformer filters out noise from the AC power line for pristine sound quality.

The input/driver circuit board is made from FR408, a material used in supercomputers and aerospace for its superior high-frequency performance.
