I recently bought a pair of Sonodyne speakers and another order for cables. The latter was dispatched expeditiously and in the case of the speakers there was a delay of a few days as the products were out of stock . I was informed of the delay by SMS and permission sought to extend the delivery date. Very professionally handled indeed . Reliable vendor.
