In one word “Wow” !!! This sort of experience is unheard of these days.
In the beginning I was a bit skeptical of buying such high equipment online. Speaking to Anil made all the difference. What do I say. He spends so much time for you to explain the details, and you develop a certain reassuring comfort from day one. I was looking for a better movie experience and also integrating my different AV sources seamlessly. He provided just the right advise and options to help me decide the apt AV receiver and the speakers. I had a Marantz already and so was in a way blindly inclined to it. Yet his other options proved worthy of choice and then I went for the just launched Pioneer elite series LX303 and a matching set of speakers to augment my existing ones. Believe me, I am happy for that choice. No doubt it will take me some time getting used to the new signature sound. Marantz still pulls me back for music. But not a bit of regret. I agree with many others here. This is exactly how a customer experience ought to be. Responsiveness and patience.! Thank you Anil. Keep it going.
