Dear Mr. Anil,
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional guidance and support you provided throughout my AV receiver upgrade journey. From your initial advice and product recommendation to the purchase, delivery, and final setup, you were always available with patience and genuine commitment to answer every question and clarify every doubt.
I received the product exactly as described, and the setup process was smooth and straightforward. With your guidance, I used Dirac Live with ART along with miniDSP, and the transformation has been nothing short of remarkable. Once the room correction was completed, my speakers truly began to sing. The sound has become beautifully balanced, clear, engaging, and effortless—whether I am watching movies or listening to music.
For the first time, I can simply relax and enjoy the experience without any irritation or listening fatigue. Your valuable advice that the sound source is equally important proved absolutely correct. Following your recommendation, I purchased an Apple TV 4K, and it has made a significant difference to the overall audio and viewing experience.
Thank you, Mr. Anil, not only for helping me choose the right equipment, but also for sharing your knowledge so generously and guiding me at every stage with care, patience, and warmth. Your support has helped me create a system that now brings immense joy to my home.
With sincere gratitude, appreciation, and warm regards.
