I recently moved from bookshelf speakers to the Wharfedale Diamond 12.3i, and the upgrade was immediately obvious. The sound feels bigger and more open, filling the room in a way my bookshelves never quite could.
The biggest change is the bass. I no longer feel the need for a subwoofer—there’s enough depth and punch on its own, but it stays clean and controlled. Vocals sound more natural, instruments are better separated, and the overall presentation feels more relaxed and immersive.
