Q1. What speakers can I use with WiiM Amp Ultra?
WiiM Amp Ultra supports most passive speakers with an impedance between 2–8 ohms. It can power bookshelf, tower, in-wall, or outdoor speakers—up to four in total (two pairs in parallel at 4Ω).
Q2. Can I connect my turntable or CD player?
Yes. You can use the Line-In input to connect analog sources such as turntables (with built-in or external preamp), CD players, or tape decks.
Q3. Does it support HDMI ARC?
Yes. HDMI ARC allows you to connect your TV and control volume directly using the TV remote. It also supports Dolby Digital for immersive home theater sound.
Q4. Can I use it with my subwoofer?
Yes. There is a dedicated Subwoofer Out (RCA) for active subwoofers. You can adjust crossover and gain in the app for seamless integration.
Q5. Does WiiM Amp Ultra work with smart home systems?
Yes. It works with Alexa, Google Assistant, and supports multi-room setups using WiiM, Alexa Cast, or Google Cast. It is also compatible with Control4, RTI, URC, NICE, and other custom installation platforms.
